Yes, but it’s so far and you have to go there by bus or car. I can take you there.

 Really? Are you sure of that?

Of course, I have to go to train station too. But before I need to go to the supermarket to get some food.

Ok, I want to buy something too to eat during the travel.

So, it’s fantastic. Let’s go to the supermarket.

Dear Sonia

This year is the first that you are my English teacher because last year it was Lourdes. My name is Tura Puig and I live in Empuriabrava. I like listening to music, meeting my friends and rowing.

I have always lived in Empuriabrava and when I was three years old I started school in Castelló d’Empúries. I’m lucky because most of my friends got to the same high school as me.

At school this year I have chosen some new subjects: economy, business, maths and history. I don’t know which career I want to study but I’m sure that I would like to go to university.

I love rowing, it’s my favorite sport. I practice it with my friends Marina and Lidia who go to the same English class as me.

Anyway during the course of the year I will tell you more things about me. See you on Monday.

FINAL POST

In this post I have to choose my best post in 4th ESO and the best blog in our class. For me my the best post is about the wishes,  make wish. I wrote this writing some months ago. It isn’t the post most long but I think that the vocabulary is more difficult than the others. I think the content is good and I use also some difficult words, for example fulfill and pursue. I was doing this text during a long time because I didn’t know what talk about but finally I decided to risk with that post. I love the photo that I put in the blog because it’s in a gift picture and it’s too honey.

The best blog in my opinion is from Agustina. I love the sentence that she puts in the titol “free as a bird”. She writes very well and she selects perfectly well the pictures. Her posts are interesting and entertaining.

Friendship

Every person has different ideas for the perfect friendship, but I suppose that everybody wants to have a real friend. Is important to have a special friend who set his shoulder when you cry and he tells you all that he things. A good friendship for me is when that person shares with you the best and the worse moments, “when we are called to help our friends in need” because cause that is what friends are supposed to do. My friends are very important in my life and I need them. Every day I will remind them how much they really mean to me.

Experiences in Italy

We went to Italy for five days and we had a lot of experiences. We visited Pisa, Firenze, Siena and Roma. The most beautiful city for me was Firenze. Every day we ate the same: pasta or pizza and ice cream, but it taste good. We had one restaurant only for us because we were too much people. One night when we had dinner we saw the Barça's match it was funny. 

Each day we visited a different city and we always got lost because we didn’t know where were, and we had to ask people on the street for help us. We laughed a lot.

We spent a good time there, I would like to go back. I never forget this  trip.

BOOK VS FILM

On the second term, we read Romeo and Juliet’s book and then we watched Romeo and Juliet’s film. There are some differences between the book and the film. There are two important differences: the time when the story happens (in the book happens in Middle Ages and in the film in Contemporary Ages) and the place where the action happens (in the book happens in the old Verona city and in the film in Verona Beach, America). Also there are more differences: the language in the book is in verse and in the film the language is in actual English, in the book they fought with swords but in the film with pistols, in the film there are modern technologies (pistols, cars…), the prince of Verona in the film is a policeman, in the films’ party they wear customs without masks, in the film Tybalt didn't kill Mercutio with a sword and either Romeo killed himself with a pistol. Some scenes don’t appear in the book like when Romeo and Juliet fall into the swimming pool in the Capulet’s garden.

I liked seeing the movie after read the book to understand better the history.

Description podcast

I selected this picture because it makes me happy. This photo was taken last year in the bedrooms’ camping. My friends and I went to the camping with our parents. We spent three days there and this summer I guess to go again. In the background we can see the showers and in the foreground there are Irene, Berta, Ona, Paula, Maria, Marta and me. All of us are friends for 15 years ago except Marta. We met Marta in the camping and we had a good time with her.  This photo is colorful because all of us wear different contrasting colors. I love this picture.
